My husband and I came in last Saturday 12/2/17 for a 9:00 appointment only to be told our sales lady couldn't make it in, no call, text or email. We met with another sales person and were at the dealership for over an hour only to be told the GM wasn't in and our sales person Dane would call us back. He told us, don't worry, that they would work out a good deal for us. Here we are 6 days later and not a word! So much for customer service!!!
Horrible experience with sales and service. Dishonest and unethical. Management in both departments and above don't return calls and emails. This includes the General manager and Vice President. They do not stand by there product or work. This is the absolute worst experience with any dealership I've ever had.
I went there to purchase a used 2016 F-150. They made a deal with me on the truck. Upper management later decided they were not making enough money on the deal so they would not honor it. They advertised the truck as Ford certified but they didn't want to pay the fees after the deal was done. They falsely reported to CarFax that the tires and brakes were replace but they were not. They reported to AutoCheck the car was Ford certified but then suddenly it's not. This organization has NO Integrity so stay clear. I should have paid attention this this poor rating they have earned!

Horrible customer service with their online sales. Wasted 3 days waiting for a response. Then when I called the Millsboro location I was told I would have to do everything all over again!!!!! Unbelievable!!
